Green Grass Meats is exactly what our name professes – we raise only grass-fed cattle that roam on an open range in the natural grasslands of the Texas Hill Country.

Founded in 2008 by Peter Aman, Green Grass Meats is a family-owned business that uses environmentally conscience agriculture, to produce the most choice, unadulterated meats available today. Our commitment to quality, excellence and humane treatment of livestock is something that allows each customer to confidently enjoy our product. Everything we do here at Green Grass Meats is done with one thing in mind: producing a superior cut of meat.

We specialize in 100% grass-fed, free-range beef. At GGM, we offer grass-fed Texas Wild Boar sausage, and the finest prime cuts of beef you’ll find anywhere in the country.
